We started Altus in 2019 because growth advice was cheap and growth execution was rare. Today 24 people across Lisbon, London and New York do both.

Inês Carvalho ran growth at two logistics software companies through $40M ARR. In both she saw the same pattern: strategy decks that never reached the people doing the work, and tools bought before anyone agreed on the process.
Altus was built to close that gap. Every engagement is run by a senior partner who has carried a number, and every plan comes with the systems and enablement to make it real.
